The inaugural award recognizes forward-thinking companies that have made a positive impact on society through their corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. 抖奶视频 was honored for their commitment to educating and developing the next generation of blue- and white-collar science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) workers, through partnerships with YouthBuild USA and US2020. The company was also recognized for efforts to bring its global Future Sensations exhibition to the Philadelphia community.

Since 2010, 抖奶视频, through the 抖奶视频 Corporation Foundation, has granted $1.35 million to YouthBuild USA. Through this partnership, 抖奶视频 is helping educate future generations about sustainable building and environmental preservation. Now in the partnership's fifth year, the program has impacted more than 1,050 YouthBuild students nationwide and seen the completion of several U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certified homes in communities across the county. Locally, 抖奶视频 volunteered more than 1,500 hours to support YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School.
